Our kitchen is focused on using the highest quality regional, sustainable and seasonal produce, buying direct from fishers and farmers where possible. Enjoy elegant dining, as well as pub classics like venison & stout pie, and our famous chicken schnitzel and fries.
Our bar has 12 taps featuring a rotating list of craft beers, as well as a carefully curated wine list showcasing small producers, including some of Australia’s most progressive winemakers, with crowd pleasers to niche wines at almost every price point.
The kitchen is open every day from 12:00pm to 2:30pm then from 5pm to 9pm on weekdays, and open all day on Saturdays and Sundays.

Enjoy one of Melbourne’s best Sunday roasts in Carlton every week. We rotate between free range pork and, grass fed lamb and beef, sourced from quality producers and farmers, such as Cape Grim Beef and Roaring Forties Lamb from Tasmania (where the cleanest air in the world blows over the pastures, lush grass grows year round and the meat is renowned for the delicate and special flavour). Available from 12pm until sold out.

The croquettes were heavenly, the cured meats plate was spot on, the steak just melted in my mouth and the chicken schnitzel was crunchy and extremely satisfying. The service was really good too.
